Velora Home keeps its policies clear, direct and easy to understand so every customer can shop with confidence before placing an order.

How tracking works

After your order is dispatched, Velora Home sends a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking may take a short time to activate after the carrier first receives shipment details.

Estimated delivery: orders are expected to arrive within 14 to 20 business days under normal conditions. If you need help, email support@velorahome.com with your order number.

Common tracking statuses

Status Meaning
Order confirmed Your order was received and is being prepared for fulfillment.
Label created The shipment has been registered, but the carrier may not have completed the first scan yet.
In transit Your package is moving through the carrier or fulfillment network.
Customs review The shipment is being reviewed by customs or local import authorities.
Out for delivery The package is with the local delivery carrier and may arrive soon.
Delivered The carrier marked the package as delivered to the address or delivery point.
Exception The carrier may need more information, another delivery attempt or customer pickup.

If tracking has not updated

Tracking can pause during carrier transfers, customs processing, long-distance transit or peak shipping periods. If tracking has not updated for several business days and your order is near or past the estimated delivery window, contact support for assistance.

If tracking says delivered but you cannot find the package

Please check your mailbox, porch, garage, building reception, parcel locker, neighbors and local carrier office. If the package still cannot be located, contact support@velorahome.com with your order number and delivery details.
