Velora Home keeps its policies clear, direct and easy to understand so every customer can shop with confidence before placing an order.

Estimated delivery

14 to 20 business days for the United States, United Kingdom and supported international destinations.

Tracking details are sent by email as soon as the order is dispatched and carrier information becomes available.

Order processing and delivery estimate

After you place an order with Velora Home, your order is reviewed, prepared and dispatched through our fulfillment process. Our standard delivery estimate is 14 to 20 business days from order confirmation under normal shipping conditions. This estimate includes the usual handling and transit period for our current fulfillment model.

Shipping confirmation and tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking links may take a short time to activate after the carrier first receives shipment information. If the tracking page does not update immediately, please allow additional time for the first carrier scan.

Shipping rates and free shipping

Shipping rates, available shipping methods and any free shipping offer are shown at checkout before payment. If a free shipping threshold is shown on the website, the final eligibility is calculated automatically in the cart or checkout based on the active Shopify shipping settings.

Customs, duties, VAT and local taxes

International orders may be subject to customs review, import duties, VAT, local taxes, brokerage fees or other charges required by the destination country. Unless these charges are clearly included at checkout, they are the responsibility of the customer. Velora Home does not control customs decisions or local tax assessments.

Delivery delays

Most orders arrive within the estimated delivery window, but delays may happen due to customs review, carrier capacity, weather, incorrect addresses, holiday volume, regional disruptions or local delivery restrictions. If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery window, contact us at support@velorahome.com with your order number.

Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an address error, contact us immediately at support@velorahome.com. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered processing or shipment.

Lost, returned or undeliverable packages

If a package is returned because the address was incomplete, incorrect, refused or unclaimed, we may need to charge a reshipping fee before sending the order again. If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, please check your mailbox, porch, building reception, neighbors and local carrier office before contacting support.
