Can product colors look different in person?

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery is estimated at 14 to 20 business days for the United States, United Kingdom and supported international destinations under normal conditions.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes. Tracking information is sent by email once the order is dispatched and carrier details are available.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, Velora Home is structured for international orders where shipping is available at checkout. If your country is available during checkout, you can place an order.

Will I pay duties or taxes?

International orders may be subject to duties, VAT, customs fees or local taxes unless those charges are clearly included at checkout. These charges are set by the destination country and may be the customer’s responsibility.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Is checkout secure?

Checkout is processed through Shopify and supported payment providers. Velora Home does not store full payment card numbers on its own systems.

Returns and support questions

What is your return policy?

Return requests are accepted within 30 days after delivery if the item is unused, uninstalled, undamaged and in original condition. Customers must contact support before sending a return.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

Contact support@velorahome.com within 7 days after delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging and shipping label.

Can I cancel my order?

Contact support as soon as possible. Orders can only be cancelled if they have not entered processing, fulfillment or shipment.
