Agreement to these terms
By visiting the website or placing an order with Velora Home, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Shipping Policy, Refund and Return Policy, Privacy Policy and any checkout terms shown at the time of purchase. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.
Store operation
Velora Home operates as an online home decor store focused on modern wall styling products, including the Velora Aura Acoustic Wall Panel. Throughout the website, the words “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Velora Home. Customer support is available at support@velorahome.com.
Product information
We make reasonable efforts to present product names, descriptions, dimensions, finishes, photos, prices and availability accurately. Product colors may look different depending on lighting, room conditions, photography and screen settings. Customers are responsible for reviewing product dimensions, use cases and installation considerations before ordering.
Pricing, currency and payment
Prices are displayed in the currency available through Shopify Markets or the checkout experience. Final prices, shipping rates, discounts, taxes and available payment methods are confirmed at checkout before payment. We may correct pricing errors, update product information or cancel orders affected by obvious mistakes, payment issues, suspected fraud or inventory problems.
Order acceptance
An order confirmation email means we received your order request. It does not guarantee final acceptance if payment fails, information is incomplete, fraud risk is detected, shipping is unavailable, inventory is unavailable or an error is discovered. If an order is cancelled, we will issue any applicable refund to the original payment method.
Shipping and delivery
Our standard estimated delivery time is 14 to 20 business days for the United States, United Kingdom and supported international destinations under normal conditions. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs, carrier delays, address issues, holidays, regional disruptions or events outside our control.
Duties, taxes and customs
International orders may be subject to duties, VAT, local taxes, customs fees or brokerage charges. Unless these charges are clearly included at checkout, they are the customer’s responsibility. Refusing a package or failing to pay required customs charges may result in delays, return costs or non-refundable fees.
