By visiting the website or placing an order with Velora Home, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Shipping Policy, Refund and Return Policy, Privacy Policy and any checkout terms shown at the time of purchase. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

Order acceptance

An order confirmation email means we received your order request. If an order is cancelled, we will issue any applicable refund to the original payment method.

Our standard estimated delivery time is 14 to 20 business days for the United States, United Kingdom and supported international destinations under normal conditions. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs, carrier delays, address issues, holidays, regional disruptions or events outside our control.
