Velora Home keeps its policies clear, direct and easy to understand so every customer can shop with confidence before placing an order.
Secure checkout
Velora Home uses Shopify checkout and supported payment providers to process transactions securely. Payment options available to each customer are shown at checkout and may vary by region, device, currency and payment provider eligibility.
Payment methods
Customers may see card payments and express checkout methods such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay or Google Pay when available. The final payment options are displayed at checkout before the order is placed.
Payment authorization
Orders are processed only after payment authorization is completed. If payment fails, is declined or appears suspicious, the order may be cancelled or delayed while the issue is reviewed.
Fraud prevention
To protect customers and the store, orders may be reviewed for fraud risk. We may contact the customer for additional confirmation or cancel an order if required for security reasons.
Payment privacy
Velora Home does not store full payment card numbers on its own systems. Payment data is handled by Shopify and payment service providers according to their security standards and policies.
